Velocity of Money

It is from the famous equation of Macroeconomics: $MV=PY$

Here, the $m$ denotes to money stock, and $P$ denotes to Output Price. $Y$ is the total output.

$$V=\frac{PY}{M}$$

We can also use logarithm to solve:

$lnM+lnV=lnP+lnY$

$\frac{\delta lnM}{\delta t}+\frac{\delta lnV}{\delta t}=\frac{\delta lnP}{\delta t}+\frac{\delta lnY}{\delta t}$

$\frac{\Delta M}{M}+\frac{\Delta V}{V}=\frac{\Delta Y}{Y}+\frac{\Delta P}{P}$
