这里的 free rider 虽然不是明确表示是做 pre 里面的 free rider，但是其蕴含思想是一样的，如果把一个好的 group presentation 当做一个 Public Goods ，每个同学都会因此受益，那么每个人都有动机去“划水”，给出较小的 cost 来获得最大的 utility。
